I started this series because I like the way railroad tracks are ongoing. So I began thinking about different places I could put them. So far I have come up with under a pier into the ocean and into a bottle. Of course, these were done in photoshop, yet I have had people to ask me where the pier with the railroad is. In a way these images remind myself and other people that have seen them about the different paths we take in life, but in the end we can choose to be happy, and if we try hard enough, we can also succeed at everything we do. I hope to find a way to put railroad tracks on the Great Wall next.

#2: Connected Tree
This is a painting of one tree divided between 9 different canvases. I love nature and every tree in nature is unique with its very own shape. I painted this to give more of a design aspect rather than realistic.
#3: Sample Engagement Album
#4: Rustic
This is a photograph that I took at Cape Lookout of left over ship wreckage Everyone else around seemed to just walk right past it but I took a few minutes to photograph a few details of the pile of rubble. I think the depth of field really makes this image pop.
#5: Welding
Photographing welding was pretty challenging. First, there was exposure, then focus, and then possible damage to one's eyes. I think the result was well worth it.
#6: Wood Burning
Here is a wood burning of an old truck located behind my parents house. It has tall grass growing all around it and small trees growing on and through the bed of it. I enjoy looking at anything old because there is always some beauty in it.

#8: Railroad
This is a drawing from a photograph I took. The drawing has 4 different shading techniques but when it is looked at from further away, they all blend together.
#9: 3D Design
This design is 3d, made out of foam board. It is one square of shapes repeated 16 times. I came up with the pattern based on an eye and an airplane's propellers. Then I painted the shapes to emphasize the center of the design which looks like an eye.
#10: Self Portrait
This is a self portrait made out of cds and film negatives. I used negatives because I love photography and I used cds because of the contrast they created with the negatives.
